This May, we invite you to embrace The Great MND Relay's - Your Relay, Your Way. Complete your own 42km challenge over the weekend Friday 26th May - Sunday 28th May. This flexible challenge is free to register and you can choose how you complete your 42kms.

Spread the word, get your mates on board and raise some dollars.
3. GET MOVING

- Walk or run 42km in one day
- Walk or run 21km each day
- Bike ride 42kms
- Swim 42 laps
- 42 reps of your (least) favourite exercise
